About Kim Pace

Coaches often refer to themselves as bridge builders. Using a results-oriented process, we help our clients bridge the gap between their current reality and their desired future.

I am passionate about helping my clients live authentic, intentional lives. I am passionate about forming alliances with clients who are interested, willing and able to invest in themselves. Through a variety of methods tailored to each client, I help them examine and articulate problems or opportunities; tap into their own resources, needs, desires, strengths and values; create workable, achievable, concrete solutions to a specific goal or a life-changing strategy.

I work in a direct, focused and truthful manner tempered with humor, enthusiasm and encouragement. My clients are men and women who seek short or long-term solutions to achieve a higher quality of life that is congruent with their values.

I have a background in teaching, counseling, entrepreneurial, corporate and international business. I received my coach training from the Institute of Life Coach Training, and am a member of CCN and ICF.

However, my coaching began unofficially over the years as I discovered an ability to help others think differently, overcome barriers, and formulate a decisive plan that was personally suited to their needs and goals. I embrace the philosophy that life is short so seize the day with intention and purpose. Drifting aimlessly or staying hopelessly stuck is not an option --- it is, indeed, an unfortunate waste of our unique selves.

Making a Dream a Reality:
Kim Pace was my Life Coach when I was planning to develop an acupuncture practice. I wanted to follow a more unconventional business model, which had some challenges for me. Meeting with Kim on a weekly basis made the creation of my practice an exciting process while keeping me 'real.' We had a focus for each session that ended with a To-Do list to facilitate results. My time was highly productive. No session was ever wasted, nor was it boring. Hearing myself articulate any problems, or my fears and concerns, helped me to deal with the issue at hand and find my solutions. I was reminded at frequent intervals of my goals with timelines to keep me on track towards creating my vision. I met all of my primary goals before schedule, and met my secondary goals on time. I now have the practice that I wanted in a beautiful office that is close to home.
